Water temperature, oxygen concentration, pH-value and conductivity belong to the continously measured parameters of the Weser water quality monitoring program.

Among others, continously measurements assure the capture of extreme values, biological relevant threshold values that have fallen outside a pre-defined rage and the documentation of their spatial and temporal trend.

Since 1980 there are automatically working fixed monitoring stations to capture these data continously.
